Vision 2023 – Charting the Future

The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) has launched a Strategic Planning Process to develop a new five-year plan that will serve as our roadmap to the future. This plan will outline our vision, mission, values, strategic goals, and outcomes for the period from 2025 to 2030.

Incorporating the voices of our community members—patients, families, employees, professional staff, learners, volunteers, and partners—is a crucial part of this process. By doing so, we aim to ensure that the plan meets the needs of our patients and the community effectively.

As we embark on BCHS’s Strategic Planning Process for 2025 to 2030, we invite everyone to complete the Vision 2030 Survey. Your input is vital in guiding the direction of BCHS’s next Strategic Plan. Please note: the survey is open from July 2 – August 5, 2024.
