#ThankfulThursday gives the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation a regular opportunity to recognize and thank the important individuals, businesses and organizations in our community that help to make a difference to the quality and effectiveness of our local healthcare system.

Celebration Church Hope Totes

Thank you so much to Caroline Lewis and her son Clark for presenting the Brant Community Cancer Clinic staff and patients 24 wonderful ‘Hope Totes’ filled with useful items to make our Cancer Clinic patients and their families comfortable during their treatment sessions.

Caroline is a member of Celebration Church, located at 22 Holiday Drive in Brantford who chose to donate care packages to the Brantford General as part of their mission to promote and share love and kindness to all members of the community.

Each bag was filled with a card, anti-nausea candies, a puzzle book, lip balm, an insulated water container with a straw, anti-bacterial cleanser, warm fuzzy socks and moisturizing cream for dry skin.
