Make Fresh, Healthy Eating EASY! Beginning Oct. 23 visit our third Fresh, Healthy Eating participating location:

SOBEYS is located at 310 Colborne Street West in Brantford and 307 Grand River Street North in Paris!

Make a donation and support the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation and help us purchase much-needed educational tools for the BCHS Diabetes Education Centre. Proceeds will benefit outpatient programming.

Tools like:
• iPads to demonstrate menu planning and food tracking apps
• Food models to showcase portion sizes
• Storybooks to educate children dealing with diabetes
• FlexBands to encourage exercise

You will receive a “Plan Your Portions” take-home as a helpful reminder of proper eating strategies!

If you have diabetes and are looking for support, please call Brant Community Healthcare System Diabetes Education Centre at 519-751-5544, ext. 4267. We accept self-referrals. Physician referrals are not needed.
