BCHS Staff Pita Lunch Day

On Wednesday February 12 all BCHS staff can enjoy a Pita Pit large 9-inch pita, drink & cookie for just $12. $1 from each order will the donated to the BCHS Foundation is support of patient equipment!

Picking up your order:

• Brantford General orders will arrive in the cafeteria on February 12 at noon
• The Willett orders will arrive at the reception desk on February 12 by 1 pm

Please print out and complete this form to order your pita (order forms are also available in the BGH cafeteria and at the BCHS Foundation office for those without access to a printer). Payment by cash only please, taken at the time of your order. Total due at time of submitting order is $12 (taxes included). Exact change would be greatly appreciated. Order forms are due at the BCHS Foundation office (BGH first floor, A-Wing) no later than Friday February 7.
