#ThankfulThursday gives the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation a regular opportunity to recognize and thank the important individuals, businesses and organizations in our community that help to make a difference to the quality and effectiveness of our local healthcare system.

This week’s Thankful Thursday features:

International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 105

Thank you so much to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 105 for their participation in the Third Annual BCHS Foundation ER Run-Walk event on Oct. 20.

The IBEW Local 105 team took part in the family walk and raised our fundraising total with a fabulous donation cheque for $2,500 on the day of the event, courtesy of the IBEW Local 105.

The donation money will help the Brant Community Healthcare (BCHS) Foundation to support the Emergency Department (ED) redevelopment project at the Brantford General to better serve the Brantford, Brant and surrounding communities.

For their generosity and team spirit, the IBEW Local 105 are our Thankful Thursday recipients for the week of Oct. 25, 2018.

Together we are transforming healthcare in our community!

If you, your company or organization are interested in donating to the BCHS Foundation, forming an event or starting a monthly giving program to support a strong healthcare system for our community, call the BCHS Foundation office at 519-751-5510 or email: foundation@bchsys.org.
