This one-of-a-kind bracelet has been custom designed for the Brant Community Healthcare System and the BCHS Foundation.

The beads have been assembled to share the significance of the patient journey at the BCHS – the ‘triple bead’ represents two caregivers supporting our patients through their care and treatment and each bracelet includes a Swarovski crystal heart, showcasing the compassion and caring of our staff, physicians and volunteers.
