#ThankfulThursday gives the Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation a regular opportunity to recognize and thank the important individuals, businesses and organizations in our community that help to make a difference to the quality and effectiveness of our local healthcare system.

This week’s Thankful Thursday features:

The Closet Door and Holistic Health Canada

A Thankful Thursday THANK YOU to The Closet Door and Holistic Health Canada for their donation of $253 on April 10 representing a portion of sales from their 4th Annual Spring Market held on March 31.

To help celebrate Volunteer Week, Tammy Eechaute from The Closet Door, Alysha Santana from Holistic Health Canada and her infant son Mateo were joined by Brantford-Brant councillor Joshua Wall and volunteers from the BCHS Volunteer Association to present the donation in front of the Donor Wall in the Brantford General A-Wing lobby.

The 4th Annual Spring Market was organized by Tammy Eechaute and Alysha Santana, along with volunteers Scott Gibson and Alisha Budgell. Proceeds from this event will be used to benefit the patients and families attending the Brant Community Cancer Clinic at the Brantford General.
