Thankful Thursday – Pita Pit

Thankful Thursdays

#ThankfulThursday gives the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation a regular opportunity to recognize and thank the important individuals, businesses and organizations in our community that help to make a difference to the quality and effectiveness of our local healthcare system.

This week’s Thankful Thursday features:

Pita Pit’s Brantford stores!

Thank you to Brantford’s regional store owner-manager, Chris Settimi, Pita Pit Canada and the staff at all three Pita Pit Brantford locations – 185 King George Road, 320 Colborne Street West and 218 Henry Street – for their help and tireless support of the Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) Foundation’s Healthy Hearts campaign.

Healthy Hearts is a joint partnership between all three Brantford Pita Pit stores and the BCHS Foundation forged to raise money for local healthcare at the Brantford General and The Willett, Paris.

From Feb. 1 through 21, customers could donate to the Healthy Hearts campaign by purchasing a paper heart to be displayed in-store. On Feb. 14 a dollar from every pita sale at all three Brantford Pita Pit stores was donated to the BCHS Foundation.
