Toys R’ Us and Starlight Children’s Foundation support local healthcare

Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) President and CEO Jim Hornell, BCHS Foundation Treasurer Mario Colombo and BCHS Nurse Clinician Cara Dostal attended Toys R’ Us’ Fairview Drive location in Brantford on Oct. 18 to receive a generous $2,000 donation from Starlight Children’s Foundation Fund Development Co-ordinator Hayley Press and Toys R’ Us Branch 2468 store manager Brad Servos and his staff.

The funds donated will benefit the BCHS Paedeatrics Department.

The Starlight Toys R’ Us Grant program is one of the many programs Toys R’ Us supports with Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada. This is the eighth year for the Grant Tour, which has distributed over $800,000 to hospitals across Canada since its inception.

Many thanks to The Starlight Children’s Foundation and Toys R’ Us Branch 2468 for contributing to the success of our local healthcare system.
