The Brant Community Healthcare System is committed to excellence in serving all patients/clients including people with disabilities.

Documents and policies under the AODA Customer Service Standard will be provided to a person with a disability in a mutually agreed upond format that takes into account the person’s disability. This information will be provided as soon as practicable.

If any emergency procedures, plans or public safety information are made available to the public, they will be provided to a person with a disability in a mutually agreed upon format that takes into account the person’s disability, as required by AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards.
